Scope

These terms govern access to the Compliade console and related services (Gateway, exports, assist).

Account

You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys confidential. Abuse may lead to suspension.

Acceptable use

You must not use Compliade to evade legal duties, inject cleartext PII into journals, or access another tenant’s data.

Service

Compliade provides a control plane and proof for AI agents. The Control plan (egress proxy) is roadmap and not included in Starter / Pro unless separately contracted.

Liability

Compliade does not replace legal advice or the controller’s responsibilities. Art. 30 / DPIA exports are operational aids.

Governing law

French law. Courts of the publisher’s registered seat (to be specified upon incorporation).
